Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group that has an excellent opportunity for a physician to join an established Sleep Medicine practice of 6 physicians, 6 APPs, and 1 Psychologist. This full spectrum practice serves adults and pediatrics in Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell, Idaho, along with locations in Ontario and Baker City, Oregon. Outreach opportunities available.
With the increasing demand for sleep services in the communities we serve, our program continues to develop a regional approach within the Saint Alphonsus Health System. The SAMG Sleep Medicine physicians are responsible for reading sleep studies generated through hospital-based sleep labs at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise and Saint Alphonsus Medical Center-Nampa in Nampa, Idaho, as well as studies from our lab at the Saint Alphonsus Meridian Health Plaza in Meridian, ID. There are also opportunities for sleep study support through partnership with our Saint Alphonsus Ontario and Baker City sleep labs in Oregon.
Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Successful completion of a Sleep fellowship and current board certification or board eligibility in Sleep Medicine
Experience practicing the full spectrum of sleep medicine
Obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC-Boise, SAMC-Nampa, SAMC-Ontario and SAMC-Baker City as needed along with a valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
