The Child Psychiatrist is responsible for providing direct care to a wide variety of patients in the outpatient settings, supervision of Advanced Practice Professions (when applicable), and participating in organizational citizenship. 

As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, you’ll provide specialized outpatient care within a collaborative pediatric environment.

Your role will include:

• Providing direct clinical care to children and adolescents
• Evaluating and treating emotional, behavioral and psychiatric concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans with patients, families and the care team
• Providing medication management when clinically appropriate
• Collaborating with providers to address psychiatric concerns alongside complex medical conditions
• Supervising Advanced Practice Professionals when applicable
• Participating in organizational and team initiatives

Behavioral Health at Bethany
Our Behavioral Health team provides care for children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental and behavioral health concerns. Child & Adolescent Psychiatry provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management and brief psychotherapy, including care for conditions such as:

• Depression and anxiety disorders
• OCD
• ADHD
• PTSD
• Disruptive behavior disorders
• Autism spectrum disorder
